She – H. Rider Haggard
This is one book I bought based on its cover. I do that sometimes. I’ve not heard of the story so I just assumed that it was a new book. It turns out it was released in the late 19th century and is a surprisingly exciting adventure book. Indian Jones meets the Queen of the Amazon. It is one of my all-time favorite books and I cannot wait to read it again sometime. I even bought a very early copy to add to my library (below). This book comes highly recommended.
